Had no idea what to expect when I bought my pass, Kiwi exp made it easy to travel NZ without missing anything. It was so well organised and all the drivers were awesome!

I had a good experience - travelling with Kiwi is easy and you don't have to worry about anything. Most drivers were friendly and very helpful.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in New Zealand and and we were able to do all the amazing activities we wanted to. The organisation and communication from of some of the kiwi drivers wasn't great and we often found we were given vital pieces of information at the last minute leaving us no option but to book things through kiwi experience. There are some additional costs which again were not communicated to us such as the cost for the interisland ferry and some costs for meals at hostels where there are no kitchen facilities. We found some of the drivers very sarcastic and quite often irritating to listen to over the microphone. Be aware that on the journeys there are multiple stops at supermarkets/cafes/tourist spots so the journies tend to take a lot longer than you think! Kiwi experience is however a great way to meet people and a fun way to travel!

I bought the funky chicken pass, had an amazing trip and met so many people. It was the best way to travel New Zealand solo for sure. The bus drivers were all fantastic and it was completely stress free!

We are glad we bought Kiwi Experience passes as it took the hassle out of planning the trip ourselves, and we got to meet some really nice people! We did have to change our plans on one occasion, as the buses were full and we hadn't been told that we didn't have a space (we signed up on the bus and therefore assumed everything was fine as no one informed us otherwise). As a result, we paid for two nights accommodation that we couldn't use, though luckily the hostel allowed us to use those nights at a later date. On the whole though, it was a positive experience.

Quality experience, did some great activities and saw beautiful scenery and made life long mates. Would recommend to anyone I know.

Kiwi ex is a good Way To travel but it's notte The way To see real Life in NZ. It si good because you can see all The most famous places but it's all organized and there's not adventure.

We only booked the Kiwi experience a week before and we weren’t really expecting much - kind of just thought it was going to be a hop on hop off bus that would get us from one side of the country to the other. Then on day one we made friends that I know will be at my wedding! absolutely one of the best experiences of my life and I’ve left a piece of my heart in New Zealand, thank you so much Kiwi Exp for the road trip of a life time!

Perfect way to see the country. It stops in places I otherwise would have never known about allowing me to see more while travelling efficiently maximizing the amount of the country I could see. Plus the bus allowed me to meet new and amazing people that I consider family that I otherwise would have never met

The kiwi experience bus is so much fun, and there are so many wonderful people on board. The routes are perfect to stay on minimum time, although if you have extra time it's great to just hop off for an extra couple of nights! The drivers are all fantastic, I had 4 different drivers and they were amazing.
