Recognising the ongoing uncertainty that coronavirus (COVID-19) is causing it’s important for us to let you know what the team at Kiwi Experience crew are doing to keep you, our team and our New Zealand communities safe.
On the 25th March, the New Zealand government announced that the COVID-19 alert level was raised to Level 4. From 27th April, the COVID-19 alert level was reduced to Level 3.
As a result of this current status level Kiwi Experience has moved to temporarily close Kiwi Experience operations due to the travel restrictions in place by the New Zealand government. We will continue to review the situation as it evolves. We will be back on the road in late August and therefore are accepting bookings for Hop-on Hop-off bus passes from 31st August and for Small Group Tours from 7th September 2020.
WHAT IF I HAVE A BOOKING BEFORE AUGUST?
We will be providing all Kiwi Experience passengers whose trip will be impacted by this decision the chance to move their booking to a future date; when you can truly experience the wonders of New Zealand at their fullest.
This means full fare flexibility for passengers who are having to change their plans due to COVID-19. We have extended your pass validity to 2 years from the first date of purchase. If you would like to reschedule then please let us know.
We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you but please be rest assured that our team are here to help, and if you do have any questions then please get in contact with the Kiwi Experience Customer Experience team via email email@example.com or by phone (+64) 9 336 4286.
Alternatively, if you have booked travel with Kiwi Experience through a travel agent or third party supplier, please contact them directly regarding your booking.
We understand this is a very challenging time for everyone, and we hope you all stay safe and healthy wherever you are in the world. We can’t wait to show you the magic of New Zealand in the future.
