I was sceptical about a tour bus as I didn't want organised fun. But it's not like that at all. If you have a small amount of time you get to do everything you, but if you have longer you can also take your time and see things at your leisure. The drivers are all good fun and really make the trip that much better.

Travelled on the kiwi bus for nearly 2 months and had a great time. Bus drivers, and staff on the phone lines were awesome, very helpful and knowledgable. Nice having familiar faces all throughout the trip in different locations too, as you quickly develop connections with other people on the bus. Only thing I would’ve liked would be more time in some of the stops between places, e.g punakaiki etc, but understand that this isn’t possible if schedule is to be kept to. Overal, great trip. I’m out in NZ for a year or so, and the Kiwi bus was a great was to get a view of the country. Showed me where I like the most, as well as helping to embrace the culture. The bus Drivers made the long drives entertaining with a shout out to Stretch and Jared for being great chat.

I was in NZ for a month and kiwi experience made sure everyday was incredible. The drivers were 100% amazing, great guidance and commentary. Activities on offer were excellent and the hostels were all very nice. I would suggest having a profile card for each person to make it easier to meet people and not to repeat basic info again and again.

I booked the southern round up when It was half price and proved an absolute bargain. You get a good sense of community travelling around with the other people on the bus and most places are loads of fun.

I had such an amazing time with Kiwi! The team on the phone is always very helpful. Special thanks to our awesome bus driver Cowboy we had so much fun with him, the best bus driver in the world! Always in a great mood and also going the extra mile to help us, thank you so much Cowboy!!!

Bought this to go with my ex partner and when we broke up I was unsure if I would feel comfortable and happy going by myself. Such a shame that I thought it. Never had a great experience like this trip. Amazing drivers, activities, people and of course breathtaking views.
