I did the sheepdog tour and it was amazing. If you are on a tight schedule I‘d highly recommend doing the kiwi experience. It’s just much easier with all the driving in a short period of time. You‘ll meet awesome people and have a great time. Our driver was Rob and he couldn’t have done a better job!

This trip was alright but when I jumped into bens bus I really felt my vacation has started. And when I didn’t have him as my driver anymore I felt empty. Anyways if Ben is reading this, you’re a legend! And my trip was sweet as cause of you.

Me and my friend are travelling around New Zealand with Kiwi and we get to see many places! Plus we meet many people who are travelling the same route.

Kiwi experience is a perfect way to see the country. They’ll take you to some places that you wouldn’t find if you went around by yourself. At the same time you Will meet hundreds of people. No matter what kind of person you are, you will make a lot of friends. The reason why i doesn’t give it 5 stars is that you spend a lot of the time on the roads.

I travelled on kiwi experience this January for 3 weeks, doing both the north and south island. I really enjoyed my time in NZ. I was impressed at how well organised the kiwi experience is. All accomodation and activities are easily booked through the driver, I never once had any issues with any of these. It made it even better that I had great drivers. I had Hendrick (Ninja) for the most part. He was very knowledgeable about the areas we were going to and were driving through, I found his commentary very interesting. And he was very easy going, approachable and funny. I know my friends on the bus also thought he was great. So thanks Ninja! :) I think kiwi experience is a great way to see the best of New Zealand. I would definately recommend it to anyone thinking of doing it!

Easy service, fantastic tour/drivers and great accommodation! Wish they had more information on the website about how it works and more details on each destination - minimum time is definitely not enough time to see the whole of New Zealand places like Abel Tasman & Wanaka should definitely have at least 2 nights. However great that they can guarantee accommodation, very helpful on the phone perhaps research into booking through an app? Best Experience and best way to travel New Zealand if you can’t hire/buy a car. Drivers are incredible as well!

When we landed in Auckland, we did not have a clue how we were going to travel new Zealand. After lots of research, we decided that Kiwi was the best option for price so we decided to book our tickets. As soon as we got on the bus (which took a few days) we were delighted that we had made the right choice, the driver was giving us commentary on what we were seeing and some interesting history. Plus they can even book us hostels and activates!. That was a common theme for the rest of the trip. Thank you for a great experience!.

We’d always planned to do the Kiwi experience as so many friends have done it and recommended it but it exceeded my expectations. The drivers were hilarious, making the long drives interesting, as well as informative on all the places we went to. Every stop was interesting, had a good activity with something alternative to do if you were on a budget and the people you meet along the way make the experience so much better.

I bought this when I started travelling in Austrailia, by the time I got to travelling with the Kiwi I was a bit nervous! But WOW! The bus drivers are fantastic and really put me at ease and are so helpful if your stuck with anything! I made amazing new friends from all over the world and so grateful for my experience!
