If it's only a short or long period of time you have, Kiwi Experience has an itinerary for you! I am a solo traveler and made so many new friends on this trip! If you get Stretch as your driver - he's a legend!!

It was such a wonderful experience that the time passed very fast.I wish to have another kiwi tour for a longer duration.

I came in Australia for an internship and I had some holidays. I decided to spend them in New Zealand. And I had the best holidays of my life. Now I think to finish my studies and go to live in New Zealand.

Me and my friend booked a Kiwi Experience tour and it came out as our best holiday ever. We found so many new friends from all over the world who travelled in our bus and our Driver Guide was the best! We had so much fun together and became a big international family. Every stop was kind of special as there were many adventurous activities to do, awesome sceneries to explore and parties to celebrate! It was always easy to book the next bus or to change anything. I'll definitely go back to NZ for another Kiwi Expirience. Sweet as!

I did the KE twice, in April 2018. Tours like this are great because unless you’re going to rent a car, you can’t easily travel NZ.

I am really glad that I have choosen Kiwi Experience for my trip in NZ! You can see all the must sees in a short time and you will meet a lot of new friends from all over the world!

My boyfriend and I signed up to the Super Funky tour as part of a 5 month trip around the world. Planning a trip this long is a big job and not knowing much about the geography of NZ we decided Kiwi experience was a good way to outsource the planning! It also meant we could sit back and enjoy the scenery rather than driving, especially as only one of us has a licence. Overall we enjoyed the experience however we didn’t get as much as of it as some of our younger fellow travellers did as we weren’t really looking to party. Some of the stops were necessary to get to the next part of the trip but there wasn’t always much to do right on the door step and if we had planned the trip ourself and done a self drive we might have missed certain bits out. It was quite tiring to be on the move every single day. The driver we had for the majority of the tour, Martin, was amazing. He was always super friendly to us and we built up quite a rapport with him. The knowledge he had was quite incredible and we learnt a lot while we were on the road! For younger travellers looking to meet lots of people and party I would definitely recommend the Kiwi Experience as it’s super organised especially if you are new to travelling. However, for older travellers I would possibly recommend a short tour to see the main sights and then perhaps hire a car/ catch flights for the other areas to save some time and have some freedom/ run on your own schedule.

I bought my kiwi pass really spontaneously when a girl recommended it to me in Auckland. That is now over two months ago and I'm really happy I bought it. Kiwi experience is such an easy way to get to know people from all over the world and you'll experience so many fun, new things. It is also nice that I can use my pass (the funky chicken) for a year so I can go and travel again with kiwi for some time. I wouldn't recommend the pass to you if you did not like class trips back in your school time because often it feels like a big class trip which can be really nice but sometimes also exhausting. You have to make sure to stay a few days longer in some places to get the most of it.
