beautiful places, amazing people and really cool drivers! never boring.

It was a new experience for my family. Can't ask for anything better. Lovely way to explore my own backyard.

I bought the kiwi experience when i first arrived in New Zealand for a working holiday visa. I used is a motivator to work for a few months to save enough so i could travel comfortably enough on a low budget. I'm 19 , can't drive and was travelling alone so I felt that doing the Kiwi Exp would be a great way to see the county and it was. I began my trip on the bus in February and hopped off the bus for the final time in May. Having a working holiday visa meant i was able to hop off and do help exchange and even work in Wanaka for 2 months. I'm quite a shy, quiet person so at times felt uncomfortable on the bus and in hostels but thats more about me personally than the Kiwi Experience but i would advise you to be aware of the demographic that the bus tour attracts, confident young travelers on gap years. That said i made some amazing friends that I continue to keep in touch with. My favorite part of the tour funnily enough was the add on on the Deep South and the Bay and Cape, so incredibly beautiful. I bought the whole kit and caboodle and am delighted i did. Overall i had a very positive experience with the Kiwi Experience and would do it again in a heartbeat.

My friend and I have had the best time completing the Funcky Chicken pass this last month! New Zealand is such an incredible and beautiful country and Kiwie Experience definitely helped to show it's hidden spots and all that it has to offer. We have seen some amazing sights and done a bunch of crazy activities and made friends for life! The bus drivers were all fantastic and proved that they have a great knowledge and a deep love and respect for their country which was amazing to see. Shout-Out to our main driver, Strech who is one of the coolest and most hilarious guys I've ever met! All the great commentary and DJ-ing really makes the whole experience that much more epic, so thanks for that! We have had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend it to anyone heading over to New Zealand. Thanks for everything, and we'll definitely be back! Kia Ora!!!

Kiwi Experience was the perfect way to travel throughout the country in comfort and covering all the must-sees and must-dos. Funny and experienced drivers, comfy buses, great varieties in activities being offered and some special extras you wouldn't do travelling on your own or with a car. Excellent times! :)

I loved my time on the Kiwi bus. Didn’t plan my trip ahead but travelling with Kiwi was so easy that I didn’t have much to worry. My drivers Hamish and Cowboy were absolutely amazing — both were incredibly helpful and heaps of fun to be around. Places like the Tamaki Village, River Valley and Lake Mahinapua provided an amazing atmosphere for everyone to get to know each other better. I’ve had a blasting making new friends !! Overall a wonderful experience with Kiwi despite the horrendous clipboards.

Great value and easy to do its great to have a driver who plans and pre books the activities

Overall fantastic trip! So convenient being taken to all the beautiful sights NZ has to offer on a bus full of great people! Highly recommend! Amanda and Rob were both excellent drivers. Super helpful and knowledgable!
