To travel with Kiwi was for us a perfect way to explore New Zealand so far. You had just to organise the day when you want to leave. Sometimes there are too many Stopps, just to get out for photos. That‘s not really worth it.

I've spent many happy hours New Zeland. I will never forget.

Well organised tour of nz, lots of activities and a great time

We’d been in New Zealand travelling independently before we got on the Kiwi bus, and the Kiwi Experience turned an amazing trip into an unforgettable one. Our driver was outstanding, being taken from one breathtaking place to another was the ideal way to see the country, and the experience of travelling with others was so much fun. Cannot recommend highly enough ❤️

I started in Wellington, heading around doing the south and sound. Our driver, James, was fantastic, telling you amazing facts about everything as we went along the drives between destinations. He is a testament to the kiwi experience. The people really do make your experience, as long as you go into it with a big smile, you’re going to make friends for life. As far as the trips, there is no more efficient way to see the beauty of the South Island. The Franz Josef glacier heli hike is a must, the Milford Sound is a completely humbling experience and Queenstown is everything you’ve heard and a little more. I am so glad to have went on this trip, it’s been the experience of a lifetime and I’ve created memories that I’ll cherish forever. Thank you for everything.

I travelled about three weeks with Kiwi-experience in August and had a fantastic time. I had three drivers in my time and say thank you to Tim, James and Rik, who mad the trip special. You were always helpful and had an open ear for us and always some information about what to do, if you are not going to do the activities from the bus. It has been a wonderful time and I met so nice people. Thank you for a great trip.

I don't know where to begin when talking about how much fun I had on this Kiwi trip. I guess I should start with our dear dear bus driver, Cowboy. He was amazing. He made my trip so much fun. From his early morning jokes to his great advice, I don't think the trip would have been quite the same. My absolute favorite part were the "walks" we took on the coast and in the mountains. Every picture I took in NZ was like something out of a National Geographic magazine and I wouldn't have experienced half the things I did if it weren't for the amazing Kiwi tour. I tested so many personal limits and took so many exciting chances that I would have never done in any other situation and I have this awesome tour company to thank for giving me the opportunity. River Valley was to die for, and lugeing in Queenstown was something to never forget. Thank you Kiwi Experience. I dream of the day I can come back!

I thought the kiwi experience is one of the best way to discover New Zealand for the first time. As a solo traveller, I was able to meet loads of others travellers and visit new Zealand at a reasonable cost. I believe that if I come back, I will rent a car to give myself more flexibility (won't have to stick to any schedule and will be able to go off the beaten track) but I will probably have a larger budget... In the meantime, I loved my trip, I highly recommend it for anyone looking for some sensations, adventures with backpackers from all around the world. Thanks to all the drivers I had, I was able to grasp some culture while was observing all the spectacular landscapes.

Would be nice if you could skip stops on the route and if there would be more pickup points for different hostels

I bought the super funky package after the kiwi experience was recommended to me by a friend who did it a couple of years ago. It’s is a great way to get around the islands and see the main attractions in enough time. The drivers know a lot of information on the places and activities and are always willing to help out with organising. My highlights must be the Maori village overnight stay, my skydive and the franz Joseph glacier hike.
