I bought the whole kit and kaboodle many months before travelling and noone could describe how worth the money this experience would be. I have met some of the funniest people and shared experiences with them that I will tell my grandkids about in the future, from jumping in several freezing lakes (some with eels) to pub crawls in wellington and Queenstown. I can proudly say I have followed in the footsteps of Bilbo Baggins by going on an adventure!

I bought this a month ago and I'm so happy I've done it

I jumped on the bus in Auckland and from there I’ve met so many people from all over the world.

Had so much fun on the bus, loved the walks we did inbetween destinations. The parties at River Valley and Lake Mahinapua were so much fun too!

I’m glad I got the bus as it was definitely good value for money (‘Mighty Moa Pass’) but be warned most people don’t hop off the bus too often so if you are hopping off, getting onto a new bus at times was a little cliquey! Met some good people and it can be a party bus but likewise you can opt out of that easily! Overall would definitely recommend!

I‘ve done a trip on the KiwiBus for 4 weeks and it was great! But if you have a certain time to finish it is really exhausting. You‘ll stay a very long time on the bus, together with nice or sometimes annoying people. Make sure that you are ok with stress, less clean hostels and openess to meet new people.

I bought it a week before and was 100 helped out and satisfied with the performance. From the beginning to end customer service to the driver everyone was accommodating and helpful

It was really good trip to South Island. I had an amazing time with my boyfriend.

Loved the flexibility of the hop on and hop off, but sometimes I was having too much fun on the bus with everyone to want to hop off!
