Kiwi Experience is so well run. Hopping on a bus full of strangers is a daunting task, however the drivers and the people on the bus make it a fun and welcoming environment from the start. Push yourself out of the comfort zone and try as many of the activities as possible, as many of them are a once in a lifetime experience. Couldn’t recommend hopping on the Kiwi anymore, the month I spent on the bus wasn’t enough!

Had an absolutely amazing time from start to finish! Our tour guide Guy was so much fun, and got us to break the ice with one another right off the bat. This meant I left Kiwi with a ton of new friends that I'm still in touch with. The tour style made it so easy to find things to do along the way, and I loved how flexible the hop on/off model is. Ended up being able to spend more time in Taupo with no hassle. Loved every minute of the trip!

I did the whole kit and caboodle and it was definitely worth it. You meet a lot of new people, see a lot of cool places and just have a great time on the bus.

If you are wanting to travel NZ fast or slow the kiwi bus can do either. I met such a good group of people and we had the best time

The Kiwi Bus drives you around the islands showing JUST the main highlights. Its a good experience, if you don't have a lot of time and want to see a lot. There are mostly young german and english people in the bus and its a lot about partying and drinking. Still had a really good time! But next time I would prefer to rent a car. And they have a lot of expensive, commercial hostels.

I had booked my kiwi pass months in advance before actually heading out to NZ, because I knew that it would be the best way to meet people as a single traveller and see everything the beautiful country has to offer. And I was right....

I was a little bit scared to travel on my own, it was out of my comfortzone! But it was the best trip i ever made, never had so much fun, never got to know so much people, never been so mich out of my comfortzone, but i liked it!

I booked this after getting jealous that everyone else was either doing it or had done it. After hearing about it I had high expectations but it was so much better than I could have imagined! Our driver ROB was so good, he was really chilled up for a laugh and just made everything easy! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

I just finished my 6 week tour of the north and South Island with kiwi experience. It was an amazing experience that I will never forget. I met the most amazing people and saw the most incredible places! It’s so convenient for a solo traveller to just hop on the bus and have Kiwi take care of the rest. The people on the bus really become like a family and the memories made along the way would not be possible without kiwi experience ❤️
