Travelled on the Kiwi Experience bus for a month around both islands in New Zealand and absolutely loved it. Well worth the money as we saw way more than if we hired a car and had the peace of mind knowing we could relax as we travelled from place to place. I loved the fact that on the way to our main destinations every day we would stop at picturesque spots and small towns which broke up the journey nicely. Hamish drove us around the North Island and he was lovely and really helpful. I loved his commentary and his knowledge of the Maori culture everywhere we passed through. Dave drove us around most of the South Island and he was great too and again really helpful. Everyone we met was so accommodating and I cannot recommend this experience enough!

Booked last minute as I had no plans to get around New Zealand. Ended up being the best two weeks. Met some great friends on the kiwi experience and felt like I got to see the best that New Zealand has to offer!

I bought my pass 10months before I was due to use it as it was on sale so I had a really good deal. The bus pass is so easy to use with drivers booking your accommodation and activities

My best friend and I wanted to travel both islands without much hassle and the kiwi experience was the perfect way of doing this. We met loads of lovely people whilst doing some fab activities. I miss it already.

Absolutely loved travelling on the kiwie bus, such a great way to meet people and make new friends. Was very fortunate to have such a down to earth bus driver (Tim) who was super organised and an amazing driver. Only rated 4 stars as some of the starts were too early and felt like there could have been a little bit longer in some places (ie Wellington) so I could stay with the people on the bus I’d made friends with.

I was pretty skeptical about travelling alone and how the bus would work. Turns out it’s so easy to add and take off days, you meet an amazing group of people and feel like you don’t miss out on any of the country, it’s all covered ! loved it

I did the kiwi experience last month as i wanted to travel some of New Zealand with the short time I had left on my travels. I am so glad I chose this as I think it was the best way to see New Zealand. Great guides, great group, and great experience!

Had a great time seeing what both islands had to offer, this was made better by the like-minded people I was able to meet on the kiwi bus and my driver Hamish. He told great stories and gave us valuable information about each town we travelled to and/or through, giving us all an invaluable experience we will never forget - couldn’t fault him.

I did my journey with Kiwi Experience by my own and I am super glad, that I did it. Its super easy to meet new people and friends for a lifetime. Shoutout to the one and only Kiwi Bus Driver Amanda!
