Me and my girlfriend bought tickets to tour NewZealand on the Kiwi Experience after getting multiple recommendations off other like minded backpackers. It takes all the hassle out of deciding where to go and in what order, you really can sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. We secured our tickets in one of Kiwi Experience's UNBELIEVABLE sales so keep an eye out for one of these. The drivers are all brilliant too and always up for a laugh but mainly, they keep everything running smoothly. We loved all the discounted activities on offer, you can save some serious money travelling this way. We met so many friends too as nobody is ever on the same journey. This is a brilliant way to travel, it's fun, it's exciting and it's an awesome way to make friends. I will absolutely be recommending this to others!

Procedure of booking and Planing the Trip with help of Kiwi Office and the Bus drivers was so helpful and easy!

I completed the north island a few weeks ago and it was a blast. I met so many great people and made memories I'll never forget.

We purchased our Kiwi Experience pass using one of the GREAT sales they have at certain times of the year. We had around 1 and a half months to complete north and south (apart from the Deep South) There is absolutely nothing at all to fault with the drivers or activities - there is a great choice and the drivers try and maximise the enjoyment you get from your experience. We have met some wonderful people that we wouldn't have met otherwise and we will continue to stay friends with a number of them! The only thing we can mention so that improvements can be made is that the Base hostels really are rubbish! I assume they are picked for the number of rooms they offer and the bars but we had a bad experience in every single one of these hostels and I think it detracts from the experience of the Kiwi Bus! We were also definitely of the older variety on the trip (although not old! Mid 20's) I think that this trip is absolutely more popular with the 18-21yr olds however this is fine and we were not the only 'older' travellers. Perhaps though it could be mentioned somewhere that it is younger, although we were aware of this from word of mouth and other travellers. Overall a great, cheap and energetic way to travel the north and South Island. Thank you!

When I bought this pass I didn't exactly what to expect and during the trip I was surprised every day with wonderful places and unforgettable moments.

Kiwi experience is hassle free. And a good investment. All drivers got you to a to b in time and planned all trips and hostels. leaving you to do nothing. They explain well and have good knowledge and talk to you as a individual to see whats best for you. You meet a lot of people and see the highlights of the south and north island

Travelled by myself and a brill way to meet people and see the highlights of New Zealand. Bus drivers are super helpful too.

I'm so happy I went on the Kiwi Experience! I barely had to life a finger for accommodations and activities. I got to relax and have fun at the same time, and I got to meet amazing people.

I had a nice trip with Kiwi Experience! The drivers were always very friendly to help you sorting out accommodation and trips. It is an easy way to meet other people travelling around. Disadvantages could be that most bus drives are quite long because of some extra stops (for example for walks, but the advantage of that is to see more of the county) and that when you stay shorter or longer on a bus, that you can come on a new bus where groups are already formed a bit. Because of the mandatory overnight stops, the journey is a bit fixed, but the good thing is that you don't have to think about too much by yourself about the next stop.
