Was hesitant about travelling alone for the first time, but in actual fact never spent a moment by myself! Such wonderful fellow travellers, drivers and activity providers- had the best month

New Zealand has been at the top of my 'places to go' list as long as I can remember, and with the help of Kiwi Experience, it exceeded all of my (very high) expectations!

When first buying the kiwi experience pass I was quite sceptical. I initially bought it against my friends suggestions, they suggested to go with companies like stray because I am 26 and they thought it would be a more enjoyable experience with a smaller crowd. But hey when you're a backpacker your bank account speaks louder than most and kiwi was on sale so why not I said. I started the tour in true kiwi experience style hung over from the Auckland bar crawl. I am the type of person who can strike up a conversation with anyone so I quickly set to work talking to everyone. We had the makings for a great trip and a bonus was that not everyone was 18 like I'd been told they would be! Hurrah! Helly was our driver guide, helly like a helicopter and she set the pace for tour telling my very hungover self about all these amazing things New Zealand had to offer. Throughout the trip she continued to show her passion for her country that you can't help but get excited for all the great things you are about to see. As we drove down the country she wouldn't just tell us about the place but always encorporated extras that she had learnt or read or even done herself. Including introducing us to her favourite however many Food establishments. She's an amazing asset to your team and the whole group thought so. She's not only been a driver guide but someone I can now call a friend. Thanks Kiwi for an amazing trip around New Zealand and thanks helly for making it great!

very good option if you are short in times, like I was. I explored NZ on the best side thank's to the kiwi bus. Much more than just a transportation!!

The best way to visit New Zealand - wish I could go back and do it again!

I met some of the best people on the trup and for that I am grateful to KE however our driver Dave was the absolute worst. He was completely unprofessional, innapropriate and downright rude for most of the journey. We later found out it was his last trip as apparently his contract had not been renewed...says it all really. Unfortunately we were given the pleasure of being the last poor people to get stuck with him. I did speak with others from different buses who did have other drivers and they spoke highly of them however I cannot say the same about my experience. Most of the places we stopped were very much worthwhile however some of the stops, I believe were a massive waste of time and money and other options should be provided for those who do not wis to engage in certain activities - River Valley Lodge for example. There are also far too many stops when moving from location to location, this eats into the best part of the day and by the time you arrive at an exciting destination, you're too tired (also it's probably dark) to explore the surrounding's.

This is such an easy service and gives great discounts on activities along the way! It's so easy to hop on and off and the drivers really know the country! It was great for meeting new people and trying new things and is definitely recommend the Kiwi Experience to anyone!

Awesome experience! So glad I did this tour and got to meet so many awesome people I can now call friends!

Sweet as pie with all the trimmings on a Sunday after a bender

Kiwi Experience was an easy way to explore New Zealand with lots of photo stops on the way. The activities were good and reasonably priced and the accommodation was nice.
