Loved your country. Wonderful, mind blowing scenery, great people, pods of Hector's Dolphins in Okain's Bay, Orakei Korako Geyser Taupo, seals with pups (plus some pups bleating for their mothers who were off in the ocean hunting), Kiwis - the list goes on. Rotorea Mitai Maori Village, camping and tramping in DOC Parks, the list is endless. A big shout out to NZ truck drivers - the best, most considerate in the world.

A bit less comfortable than I expected A few items that didn't work very well

Really loved it very sociable was a bit worried about waiting lists and was waitlisted for a bit but they put an extra bus on which was great! Wish there was a bit more info in the uk about it e.g. info pac explaining clipboards and how it works had great drivers

Went on a 3 week tour through the whole of NZ. Kiwibus made it really easy to see as much as possible in a short time. Plus, it really is travelling for dummies. You basically don't need to worry about anything else than getting up in time. One negative point: even though I personally loved places like River Valley and Lake Mahinapua, it's a bit of a waste of time for people that are in a hurry as those places aren't very 'special' for New Zealand.

A friend recommended me this to know almost all NZ in few time and meet a lot of people from different parts of the world

I had such a great time with kiwi experience. The bus drivers were all super friendly and the whole system works really smoothly. The only problem was I booked on to the Milford sounds trip and my driver took my money and never booked me onto the trip. They did sort it out in the end but I reckon a receipt system so you have proof that’s you have payed when you pay in cash would be a great idea as my main problem was I couldnt prove I had payed.

I had a very good time travelling with the kiwi experience. As a solo traveller I met so many amazing people! It was nice not having to plan everything yourself. You could just sit back and relax. The only bad thing I have to say about it Is that it was a bit stressful to be on the waitlist. But over all I had an amazing time!!!

We travelled with friends who had problems

First time traveling on my own and was the best way to meet people. Have made so many new friends and memories. Love how everything gets organised on the busses, easy to use. Miss it already.
