I travelled with Kiwi Experience on the sheepdog pass, (both north and south island) for a month - which worked incredibly well! Me and my travel companion met A LOT of great people on the bus, whom we ended up spending our entire trip with! Kiwi Experience made all the planing extremely easy, as they manage your booking for accommodation as well as activities at every stop. I also enjoyed the information we where given on the way by the nice bus drivers, who would tell us about the landscaps outside the bus etc. However... There were quit a significant difference in the "quality" of the different drivers we met on the way. We really liked Stretch and Happy, but we also found especially Wiggles a bit unprofessional. He would never turn down the volume of the music when asked to, and he would behave rather irresponsible when driving, standing up or yelling swearwords after other drivers (in the bus-microphone...). I would also like to aim a small complaint at the whole "hop-on hop-off" concept, whereas that was not possible. We were told in advance that there should not be any problem changing our itinerary on the way since March is not as busy as other months. Luckily we had planned out a pretty good itinerary before going on the bus, so we just stuck to that. But we could not stay longer in any places, as we could'nt risk being waitlisted for up to five days, as some of our new bus-friends were experiencing. However, I would like to praise the handling of the rather problematic situation in Franz Josef, which, in my opinion, were managed in the best way possible by the drivers. SO, to anyone planing to travel with Kiwi Experience I would say: GO GO GO, its extremely well organized, and you will meet great and fun people on your way. BUT do plan out you itinerary in advance, cause the whole idea of being intuitive and just "see as you go" is not really an option.

Had the most amazing time travelling New Zealand on the big green bus with our amazing driver Stretch! NZ has literally everything on offer - you know it, it has it. We did white water rafting, black water rafting, sea kayaking, powerboat, surfing, skydiving, bungy jumping, glacial hikes, seal watching.. the list goes on. The best bit hands down however, was driving around the country on the bus, listening to tunes, chatting with new friends and appreciating the views out of the windows. I'd go back to NZ and get back on the bus in a heartbeat!

Me and my girlfriend organised the kiwi experience to be the beginning of our 3 months away travelling, when we originally started we were told that it was not very flexible at the moment as a bus had been taken off the routes as it’s not normally this busy, after around a week another bus was added which meant that the stress was taken from the other buses so we were able to be much more flexible on if we hopped on or off, I was really impressed with this I must admit, also the operators on the phone were super helpful! We had the driver Stretch for most of our trip and he is the best driver you could wish for, super chilled, really knowledgeable and a general amazing bloke, can drive a bus pretty well too! We met some friends for life on the bus and had such an amazing time with wellington, Queenstown, lake taupo and Franz Josef being just some of my favourite stops. I must admit I found lake Manny poo poo a little odd and wondered why we went there but it was no big shakes too me, same goes for river valley however the roast in river valley sure did make up for the winding roads! I have had so many highs on this trip and I have really fell in love with New Zealand, I will definitely be back!

I bought this pass without any expectation because I didn't knew anything about it. At the end I loved it! It was an amazing experience! I really had a great time

I did the buzzy bee last month and had the best time. Big thank you to our driver Jared for being a laugh and a really helpful guide. Best way to experience NZ especially if you’re short on time.

Really good that bus driver fix accommodation, activities and great way to see the country. Maybe have an easier system with hop on and off so it gets more flexible.

I bought this one month ago and it is very impressive trip! And my bus driver is kind and helpful, I have fallen love with nz .

I did the tiki tour and had I amazing time. I was lucky enough to meet some awesome people. Also was on Rob's bus most of the way and he made the trip what it was. He was very funny and also have knew everything. He was also incredible at helping us in any way possible. To anyone on Rob's bus in the future I would highly recommend taking any of his advice!!

I really couldn’t have asked for a better trip in New Zealand. Kiwi experience was definitely the right thing to do and I loved every minute.
