Really enjoyed my time on kiwi experience, really easy to use. Guides were knowledgeable and fun. Very convenient to have accomodation and activities organised for us. Also really enjoyed the pub crawls/pizza nights. Great for getting to know everyone.

The bus drivers are very funny, you always meet very different people, this makes it unique.

We were on the Kiwi Experience bus from Nov 1st - 19th, therefore had to cram in as many places and activities as possible. This has easily one of the best experiences of our lives and the only dissapoinment was the fact we could not stay longer due to work commitments. Our driver Giggles, was always more than helpful and a great down to earth guy with a great sense of humour! We have been to amazing places, done some incredible things and met great people all thanks to this trip. One of the best decisions we made! We would also like to thank Kiwi experience for helping my now fiance with his proposal/engagement plans. New Zealand truly holds a special place in our hearts ❤️

Most drivers, not all unfortunately, were spot on. Provided great stories, information at necessary times, enough information, friendly, helpful etc. had some great picture stops with most drivers, not all unfortunately

Our time on the Kiwi Experience bus has been great. It is an easy way to get around New Zealand and see all the 'musts'. There's a range of people that get on the buses so you'll be sure to find the kind of people that suit you if you're looking for some friends! The drivers definitely make the trip what it is - adding in local knowledge and stories along the way.

Had been looking forward to NZ since I booked the trip in January and Kiwi did not disappoint. Was a brilliant way to see the country and meet some incredible people along the way. There were a few stops that would have been better if you advise to stay longer as I felt there was more to do, like Wellington and Lake Tekapo.

Bought the sheepdog pass a few weeks before deciding to come to NZ as a last minute holiday. Best decision!! Loved it!

It's a really easy way to travel New Zealand. You don't have to drive and the bus driver tells you incredible stories.

All of our drivers were great, our main bus driver Dylan was exceptional - a wealth of knowledge and always willing to go the extra mile to help us experience NZ at its finest. When trying to contact the office we had multiple problems. We called the office and they asked us to send an email, that email was never replied too so we had to keep calling the office. We changed our travel and the office said that it was all good but by the time they sent us our itinerary we realised the office had not booked. WE realised, a a little too late, that the information on the app was different to the information on the website, while most traveller use the app, the office use the website. It felt like we spent half our holiday on the phone to the office with stuff up after stuff up. If it were possible to deal with the drivers only then I'd recommend the kiwi experience bus in a heartbeat but I would never recommend dealing with the kiwi experience office.
